The UPS Store leased 2,019 SF from Inland Commercial Property Management, Inc., at The Plaza Shopping Center, 17145-J Bluemound Road, Brookfield, WI. Mid-America Real Estate – Wisconsin broker Cindy Cieslak and VP Mike Fitzgerald represented the Landlord with the transaction.

Bella Kitchen & Bath leased 1,786 SF from Autumn Grove, LLC, at Autumn Grove Plaza, 12850 - 12960 W. Bluemound Rd., Elm Grove, WI. Mid-America Real Estate – Wisconsin broker Cindy Cieslak and principal Dan Rosenfeld represented the Landlord with the transaction.

AT & T Wireless Logic leased 1,739 SF from Highway 36/W Associates at Burlington Retail Center, 2088 Milwaukee Ave., Burlington, WI. Mid-America Real Estate – Wisconsin broker Cindy Cieslak and principal Dan Rosenfeld represented the Landlord with the transaction.

Arby's Restaurant leased 4,141 SF from Waukesha Retail, LLC, at Silvernail Shopping Center, 2132 Silvernail Rd, Pewaukee, WI. Mid-America Real Estate – Wisconsin represented the Landlord with the transaction.

Hollywood Nails leased 3,550 SF from Green Bay Plaza, LLC, at Green Bay Plaza, 807 S. Military Ave., Green Bay, WI. Mid-America Real Estate – Wisconsin represented the Landlord with the transaction.
