Mid-America Real Estate's Investments Sales Group Closes on the Sale of Hoffman Village Shopping Center

HOFFMAN ESTATES, Ill. – Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales Group announced the recent sale of Hoffman Village Shopping Center in Hoffman Estates, Ill., a northwest suburb of Chicago. The buyer, RMS Properties, a privately held Schaumburg investor, purchased the center through the Special Servicer. Mid-America brokers Ben Wineman, Stan Nitzberg and Joe Girardi represented the seller in the transaction, while the buyer was self-represented.

The 158,313 square-foot Dominick’s-anchored community center is located on the southeast corner of Golf Road (Route 58) and Barrington Road, and features other tenants such as The Putting Edge, Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Subway, GNC, Insure One, Fannie May, Check ‘N Go, State Farm and Radio Shack.
