The Shopping Center Group Delivers 25,000 SF Retail In Orlando

ORLANDO, FLA – The Florida Division of The Shopping Center Group has completed lease negotiations for over 25,000 square feet of retail space throughout Orlando over the past 30 days:

Vista Palm Shopping Center – Party City signed a 10-year lease for 12,000 square feet and Dollar Tree signed a 10-year lease for 9,000 square feet at the power center anchored by Kohls and The Home Depot located at the intersection of Narcoossee Road and Lee Vista Boulevard. Kevin Hipes and Genny Spies of The Shopping Center Group represented the shopping center owner. Joanna Robinson and Marc Sullivan of The Shopping Center Group represented Party City and Dollar Tree, respectively.
Goldenrod Plaza – Dollar Store signed a three-year lease for 1,500 square feet and Cut ‘N Curls signed a three-year extension for 1,200 square feet at the shopping center anchored by Save-A-Lot and Beall’s Outlet, located at the intersection of Goldenrod Road and Charlin Parkway. Kevin Hipes of The Shopping Center Group represented the shopping center owner.
Metrowest Shoppes – Brazil Food Mart signed a three-year lease for 1,400 square feet at the neighborhood center located at Kirkman Road and Arnold Palmer Drive. Kevin Hipes of The Shopping Center Group represented the shopping center owner.
