LaKritz-Weber & Company Represents Midwest Gold Buyers

Southfield, MI: LaKritz-Weber & Company, the retail real estate experts, announce a 1,200 square foot lease at 29225 7 Mile Road in Livonia, Michigan. Gabe Schuchman of LaKritz-Weber & Company represented the tenant, Midwest Gold Buyers, Incorporated in this transaction. This is Midwest Gold Buyers first transaction in the State of Michigan.

With over 100 stores across the country, Midwest Gold Buyers will be opening their first store on the corner of Seven Mile and Middlebelt Roads across the street from the Livonia Mall development. Midwest Gold Buyers intends to be very aggressive in their metro Detroit expansion and it’s currently scouting to open many additional locations during the coming months.
