H & R Retail Announces Recent Washington DC, Maryland, And Virginia Retail Lease Transactions Totaling 36,195 Square Feet

• Deja Brew Coffee House leased 1,548 square feet at South Riding Market Square, Route 50 and Loudoun County Parkway, South Riding, VA from Toll Brothers Realty Trust. Bradley Buslik, Jim Crilley, and Geoffrey Mackler with H & R Retail represented the landlord in this transaction.

• Bookholders leased 7,488 square feet at University Collections, Tampa, FL from Artibushev – University One LTD. Bradley Buslik with H & R Retail and the Shopping Center Group represented the tenant in this transaction.
