Anchor Associates, LLC Announces Ulta Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance, Inc.at Hamburg Pavilion in Lexington, Kentucky

Anchor Associates has just announced the lease of 10,000 SF of space in Hamburg Pavilion Shopping Center in Lexington, Kentucky to Ulta Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance, Incorporated. Marianne Holewski, an agent at Anchor Associates, represented the Tenant in the transaction.

Founded in 1990, Ulta is the largest retailer that provides one-stop shopping for prestige, mass and salon products and salon services in the United States. Ulta is conveniently located in high-traffic, primarily off-mall locations, and a typical store is approximately 10,000 square feet, including a salon of approximately 950 square feet. As of June 1, 2010, Ulta operates 350 stores in 38 states.
