H & R Retail Represents Hobby Lobby In 53,459 Square Feet Lease In Washington Area

H & R Retail (www.hrretail.com) announced it recently represented Hobby Lobby in a 53,459 square feet lease at Central Park Shopping Center, Carl D. Silver Parkway & Trade Street, Fredericksburg, VA from Fredericksburg 35, LLC.

“This lease is significant because it will be Hobby Lobby’s first location in the Washington/Baltimore trade area. Hobby Lobby would like to add more stores to further saturate the market”, said David Ward, President of H&R Retail.

David Ward and Ben Hoskins with H & R Retail represented the tenant along with Dave Osterhus of The Keith Corporation. Jim Farrell with The Rappaport Companies represented the landlord.
