H&R Retail Announces Recent Maryland And Virginia Retail Lease Transactions Totaling 11,538 Square Feet

H & R Retail (www.hrretail.com) announced it recently completed the following retail lease transactions totaling 11,538 square feet:

• Quarry Bagel & Cafe leased 2,200 square feet from Obrecht Properties, LLC in the Quarry Lake at Greenspring, Quarry Lake Drive, Baltimore, MD. Geoffrey Mackler, Suzanne Katz and Bradley Buslik with H & R Retail represented the landlord in this transaction.
• Lion and Bull leased 5,038 square feet from Toll Brothers Realty Trust in the Dominion Valley Market Square, Merchants View Square, Haymarket, VA. Jim Crilley, Geoffrey Mackler and Bradley Buslik with H & R Retail represented the landlord in this transaction.
• Sun Trust Bank leased 4,300 square feet from Midtown Banking, LLC. at 7405 Maple Lawn Blvd., Maple Lawn, MD. Geoffrey Mackler with H & R Retail represented the tenant in this transaction. Drake Watson represented the landlord.
