JC Penney and Ulta Sign Deals at Shoppes at Prairie Ridge in Wisconsin

PLEASANT PRAIRIE, WI – Pleasant Prairie’s 365,000 square-foot Shoppes at Prairie Ridge has secured several new leases including JC Penney and Ulta, according to Mid-America Asset Management, Inc. and Mid-America Real Estate-Wisconsin, leasing firms for the center. JC Penney’s grand opening will be held on July 31, 2009 and Ulta is currently slated to open Nov. 2 of this year.

In addition to JC Penney (104,175 s.f.) and Ulta (10,000 s.f.), other national tenants as part of this new development include; Target, (126,000 s.f.), Dick’s Sporting Goods (50,000 s.f.), PetSmart (19,686 s.f.) and Maurice’s (5,000 s.f.).

Brokers representing the landlord in the leases were Principal Richard Spinell and Vice President Barb Kading of Mid-America Asset Management, along with Principal Dan Rosenfeld and Vice President Michael Fitzgerald of Mid-America Real Estate-Wisconsin. Brokers representing JC Penney were Dan Cohen, Principal of Mid-America Real Estate-Wisconsin and Steve Swanson of SRS Real Estate Partners. Ulta was represented by Peter Glaser of CBRE.

The Shoppes at Prairie Ridge is located at the southeast corner of Highway 50 and 104th Street in Pleasant Prairie, 2 miles east of I-94.
