H&R Retail Announces Recent Maryland And Virginia Retail Lease Transactions Totaling 22,640 Square Feet

H & R Retail (www.hrretail.com) announced it recently completed the following retail lease transactions totaling 22,640 square feet:

• Fitness Together leased 1,200 square feet at Shops at Stonewall, Lee Highway, Gainesville, VA from Stonewall Regency, LLC. Brendan Clark and Jim Crilley with H & R Retail represented the landlord in this transaction. Thomas Sehler of Thomas & Co represented the tenant.
  
• Ameri Caribbean Cafe leased 400 square feet at Iverson Mall, Branch Avenue and Iverson Street, Hillcrest Heights, MD from Barnett Consulting. Brian Mitchell, Lawrence Hoffman and Scott Yurow with H & R Retail represented the landlord in this transaction.
  
• Chick-Fil-A leased 4,600 square feet at Westech Village Center, Route 29 and Industrial Lane, Silver Spring, MD from GB Two, LLC. Geoffrey Mackler, Bradley Buslik and Glen Neubauer with H & R Retail represented the landlord in this transaction. Michael Patz of KLNB represented the tenant.
