H&R Retail Announces Recent Maryland And Virginia Retail Lease Transactions Totaling 10,383 Square Feet

H & R Retail (www.hrretail.com) announced it recently completed the following retail lease transactions totaling 10,383 square feet:
- SunTrust Bank leased 2,583 square feet at Culpeper Colonnade, Route 29 Business, Culpeper, VA. from Culpeper Regency, LLC. Jim Crilley with H & R Retail represented the landlord in this transaction. - Jasmines Asian Bistro leased 3,600 square feet at Timonium Square, 2141 York Road, Timonium, MD from Kimco Realty Corporation. Suzanne Katz with H & R Retail represented the tenant in this transaction.
- Vintage 51 Restaurant & Brew Lounge leased 4,200 square feet at South Riding Market Square, Route 50 and Loudoun County, South Riding, VA. from Toll Brothers Realty Trust. Bradley Buslik, Jim Crilley and Geoffrey Mackler with H & R Retail represented the landlord in this transaction. Chris Pamboulkian of Tetra Partners represented the tenant.
