H & R Retail Announces Recent Maryland And Virginia Retail Lease Transactions Totaling 17,886 Square Feet

H & R Retail (www.hrretail.com) announced it recently completed the following retail lease transactions totaling 17,886 square feet:

• Cheeburger Cheeburger leased 2,415 square feet from Stonewall Regency LLC in the Shops at Stonewall, Lee Highway, Gainesville VA. Brendan Clark and Jim Crilley with H&R Retail represented the landlord in this transaction. Greg Mallory with Landmark Commercial represented the tenant.
• Dr. Michael J. Permel, OD, PC leased 1,173 square feet from Stonewall Regency LLC in the Shops at Stonewall, Lee Highway, Gainesville VA. Brendan Clark and Jim Crilley with H&R Retail represented the landlord in this transaction.
• Petit Feet leased 1,689 square feet in Quarry Lake at Greenspring, 2578 Quarry Lake Drive, Baltimore, Maryland, from Obrecht Properties, LLC. Suzanne Katz, Brad Buslik, Geoff Mackler and Richard Rotner with H&R Retail represented the landlord in this transaction. Mordy Izkowitz with Corridor Reznick represented the tenant.
• Dollar Tree leased 9,734 square feet at La Plata Shopping Center, Route 301 and Charles Street, La Plata, Maryland from La Plata Shopping Center LLC. Geoff Mackler, a Principal with H&R Retail represented the landlord in this transaction. Larry Hoffman, and Scott Yurow, Principals with H&R Retail, represented the tenant.
  
• Radio Shack leased 2,775 square feet in the Shops at Queens Chillum, 3100-3130 Queens Chapel Rd, Hyattsville, Maryland from Chillum Center, LLC. Suzanne Katz and Geoff Mackler with H&R Retail represented the tenant in this transaction. Karen Elsbury with KLNB represented the landlord.
• Jewelry Land leased 100 square feet in the Security Square Mall, 6901 Security Blvd, Baltimore, Maryland from Security Square Associates. Brian Mitchell, Larry Hoffman and Scott Yurow with H&R Retail represented the landlord in this transaction.
