Mid-America Real Estate-WI Named as Exclusive Leasing Agent for Grafton Commons

MILWAUKEE, WI – Mid-America Real Estate-Wisconsin has been awarded exclusive leasing representation of Grafton Commons, reports Mid-America Real Estate principal Dan E. Rosenfeld. The 400,000 square-foot regional retail development of 71 acres is located at I-43 and Highway 60 in the Village of Grafton. The center is anchored by Costco, Kohl’s Department Store, Best Buy, and Dick’s Sporting Goods. Mid-America is being retained by the joint venture of Continental Properties Company, Inc., and Fiduciary Real Estate Development, Inc.

Grafton Commons was the First Place recipient of the Best New Retail Development of 2009 as awarded by The Business Journal of Milwaukee.

Retail leasing opportunities exist with in-line small shop space starting at 1,000 square feet. Outlot buildings and pad sites are also available.
