Mid-America Signs Blufish Sushi to Plaza del Prado on Chicago’s North Shore

GLENVIEW, Il. – Blufish Sushi recently signed a lease for 3,000 square feet at Plaza del Prado in Glenview, Ill., according to Richard Spinell, Principal of Oakbrook Terrace-based Mid-America Asset Management, Inc., the center’s exclusive leasing representative. The restaurant plans to open in June 2009. Mid-America Vice President Marget Graham and Senior Leasing Representative Kitsy Ritter represented the landlord in the lease, dealing directly with the tenant.

Plaza del Prado is a 129,111-square foot Jewel-anchored center on Willow and Pfingsten Roads, between major expressways I-294 and I-94 in Glenview, a North Shore suburb of Chicago. The center is further tenanted by Snowbird Ski Shop and Sam Martirano International.
