Knowing the difference makes all the difference.

UCR is pleased to announce the addition of our newest associate, Heather Winn.

With a background in marketing, Heather has an innate passion and drive when it comes to retail leasing for her landlord clients; and knows what it takes to catch the attention of retailers.

While actively involved in business development and project marketing, Heather's primary focus is small shop leasing and outlot sales for her landlord clients. Some of the larger projects Heather has successfully worked on are West 7th, (Cypress Equities), Parkway Towne Crossing (Weber & Company) and Murphy Marketplace (Langford Property Company). Heather's current projects include Museum Place (Museum Place Development), Park Lane (Harvest Partners) and 380 Towne Crossing (Weber & Company).

Prior to joining UCR, Heather worked for Staubach Retail. During her 2 1/2 years there, her responsibilities included leasing more than a half a million square feet of retail space in both community and lifestyle centers.
