State Farm Insurance renewed their lease of 1,518 SF with Waukesha Retail LLC at Silvernail Shopping Center, Silvernail Road, Pewaukee, WI. Mid-America Real Estate – Wisconsin broker Michele Dugan represented the Landlord with the transaction.

Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. leased 14,175 SF from Green Bay Plaza, LLC at Green Bay Plaza, 1481 - 1535 West Mason Street, Green Bay, WI. Mid-America Real Estate – Wisconsin broker Michele Dugan represented the Landlord with the transaction.

River Valley One, LLC purchased 1.03 acres from Meridian Plover III, LLC at Crossroads Commons, Plover, WI. Mid-America Real Estate – Wisconsin VP Adam Dreier and Principal Dan Cohen represented the Buyer with the transaction.
