H & R Retail Announces Recent Maryland, Virginia And Washington, DC Retail Lease Transactions Totaling 24,384 Square Feet

H & R Retail (www.hrretail.com) announced it recently completed the following retail lease transactions totaling 24,384 square feet.

SunTrust renewed a 1,400 square foot lease with Struever Bros., Eccles & Rouse at2400 Boston Street, Baltimore, Maryland. Geoff Mackler, a principal with H & R Retail represented the tenant in the transaction.

Magic Touch Cleaners leased 971 square feet at Evergreen Square on Route 85 in Frederick, Baltimore, Maryland from Evergreen Square Limited Partnership. Jim Crilley and Brendan Clark with H & R Retail represented the landlord in the transaction.

Lifetime Smiles leased 2,482 square feet at Dominion Valley Market Square, Dominion Valley Drive and Route 15, Haymarket, Virginia, from Toll Brothers Realty Trust. Brad Buslik, Jim Crilley and Geoff Mackler with H&R Retail represented the landlord in the transaction and Bob Carlston with Keller Williams represented the tenant.

CVS Pharmacy leased 12,592 square feet at 1749 Columbia Road, Washington, DC, from Columbia Road II, LLC. Jim Crilley, a principal with H&R Retail represented the landlord in the transaction.

Quiznos leased 1,360 square feet at Culpeper Colonnade, Route 29 Business, Culpeper, Virginia from Culpeper Regency, LLC. Brendan Clark and Jim Crilley with H&R Retail represented the landlord in the transaction and Ashish Sharma with Capital Area Realty represented the tenant.

Wireless Zone leased 1,690 square feet at 3500 Plank Road, Fredericksburg, Virginia, from Tile Properties. Brian Mitchell, Larry Hoffman and Scott Yurow with H&R Retail represented the tenant in the transaction and Allison Graves with Coldwell Banker represented the landlord.

Ink Stop leased 1,600 square feet at Evergreen Terrace, Signal Hill Road, Manassas, Virginia, from Evergreen Terrace LLC. Brad Buslik, Larry Hoffman and Scott Yurow with H&R Retail represented the tenant in the transaction and Joe Mannino with Creative Realty Group represented the landlord.

Fractured Prune leased 1,499 square feet at South Riding Market Square, Route 50 and Loudoun County Parkway, South Riding, Virginia, from Toll Brothers Realty Trust. Brad Buslik, Jim Crilley and Geoff Mackler with H&R Retail represented the landlord in the transaction and Greg Hull with Oxford Chase represented the tenant.

GoWireless leased 1,680 square feet at Corridor Marketplace, Route 295 and Route 198, Laurel, Maryland from Corridor Marketplace, LLC. Brian Mitchell, Larry Hoffman and Scott Yurow with H&R Retail represented the tenant in the transaction.
