Magic Touch Cleaners leased 971 square feet at Evergreen Square on Route 85 in Frederick, Baltimore, Maryland from Evergreen Square Limited Partnership. Jim Crilley and Brendan Clark with H & R Retail represented the landlord in the transaction.
Lifetime Smiles leased 2,482 square feet at Dominion Valley Market Square, Dominion Valley Drive and Route 15, Haymarket, Virginia, from Toll Brothers Realty Trust.
