H & R Retail Announces Staples At Largo Plaza Shopping Center In Largo, MD

H & R Retail has just announced the lease of 20,388 SF of space in Largo Plaza Shopping Center in Largo, Maryland to Staples. Marc Katz, Dave Ward, and Richard Rotner, Principals at H & R Retail, Inc., represented the tenant in the transaction. Carrolton Enterprises is the landlord.
