March 24, 2009 - Mid-America Real Estate - Wisconsin, L.L.C. is pleased to announce the following recent transactions:

TJX Companies leased 25,508 SF from Badger Plaza, LLC, at Badger Plaza, 4101 Durand Ave., Racine, WI.  Mid-America Real Estate – Wisconsin VP Tony Colvin and principal Dan Cohen represented the Tenant with the transaction.

Slumberland leased 30,431 SF from DB Development, LLC, at Janesville Crossroads, SWC Highways 14 and 26, Janesville, WI.  Mid-America Real Estate – Wisconsin VP Mike Fitzgerald and broker Allison Kuchny represented the Landlord with the transaction.

Alliance Spine & Wellness Center leased 2,604 SF from Pabst Farms Market Place, LLC, at Marketplace at Pabst Farms, 1380 Pabst Farms Circle, Oconomowoc, WI.  Mid-America Real Estate – Wisconsin broker Teresa Shemitis represented the Landlord with the transaction.

North Shore Bank leased 2,133 SF from Green Bay Plaza, LLC, at Green Bay Plaza, 1483 W. Mason Street, Green Bay, WI.  Mid-America Real Estate – Wisconsin broker Michele Dugan represented the Landlord with the transaction.
