Sitehawk Retail Real Estate (www.sitehawkretail.com) announces PETSMART officially opened for business last week providing animal lovers a convenient shopping destination at the newly developed Maysville Pointe Shopping Center located at Maysville Road and Interstate 469 in Ft. Wayne Indiana.

PETSMART operates more than 1,043 pet stores in the United States and Canada, a growing number of in-store PetHotels cat and dog boarding facilities and Doggie Day Camps, and is a leading online provider of pet supplies and pet care information. PetSmart provides a broad range of competitively priced pet food and pet supplies; offers complete pet training, pet grooming and pet adoption services.

Sitehawk principal, Larry Davis, of Indianapolis represented the landlord, Thomas English Retail Real Estate, also of Indianapolis, in securing PETSMART for the shopping center. Adrian Brown with Gershman Brown Crowley of Indianapolis represented the tenant PetSmart in this the transaction.

PETSMART won’t fly solo for long; two more great retailers will join Maysville Pointe this year, Michael’s Crafts and MC Sports. Several other quality merchants are negotiating to join the lineup at Maysville Pointe. This regional shopping destination will continue to grow, adding an additional +/- 80,000 square feet of retail once complete.
