Sitehawk principals represent Borders Bookstore, The Men’s Wearhouse, Mattress Firm and Qdoba in four leases at Hamilton Town Center in Noblesville.

Mark Perlstein represented Border’s Bookstore in a 23,195 s.f. lease. Kevin Compton of Simon Property Group represented landlord, Simon Property Group and Hamilton Town Center, LLC in the transaction. Perlstein also represented The Men’s Wearhouse in a 6,000 s.f. lease. Jamie Christman of Simon Property Group represented landlord, Simon Property Group and Hamilton Town Center, LLC in the transaction.

Scott Gray represented Mattress Firm in a 5,600 s.f. lease. Lorene Wright of Simon Property Group represented landlord, Simon Property Group and Hamilton Town Center, LLC in the transaction.

Steve Delaney and Larry Davis represented Qdoba in a 2,200 s.f. lease. Lorene Wright of Simon Property Group represented landlord, Simon Property Group and Hamilton Town Center, LLC in the transaction.
